The initial assessment is free, with no commitment to engage. The calculators at /tools are free and do not require an email or registration. Program fees vary by debt size, lender mix, and the path that fits your situation. Fee structure and engagement terms are reviewed and confirmed during your consultation, before any agreement is signed.

Not a law firm

TerraDebt is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. When a matter requires legal representation, including defense against confessions of judgment, UCC enforcement actions, or active litigation, we coordinate with attorneys in our network who are licensed in the relevant state. An attorney-client relationship is established only after you and the attorney sign a separate engagement agreement, and any legal fees are charged separately by the attorney.

Effect on credit

Most MCA contracts are commercial transactions and do not report to consumer credit bureaus. Personal credit is generally not affected. Business credit may be temporarily affected during the program, particularly when UCC filings are involved. We do not promise improvement, preservation, or restoration of any specific credit score or rating.

Effect on tax obligations
